Thank you for shopping with Float & Fizz Bath Co. We are a small bath brand shipping from Las Vegas, Nevada.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days before shipping.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays. During busy seasons, launches, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery time will depend on the shipping carrier and shipping method selected at checkout.

Please note that shipping time begins after your order has been processed, not the day the order is placed.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available for your selected shipping method.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your package has been scanned by the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Float & Fizz Bath Co. is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times and delays are outside of our control.

If your package appears delayed or missing, please check your tracking information and contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need help, you can contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 3 days of delivery at:

Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review the issue.

Bath Bomb Care During Shipping

Bath bombs are delicate handmade items and may have slight cosmetic imperfections due to shipping. This does not affect how they perform in the bath.

To keep your bath bombs fresh, store them in a cool, dry place away from moisture until ready to use.
