Thank you for shopping with Float & Fizz Bath Co. We want you to love your order, and we’re here to help if something goes wrong.
Returns
Due to the nature of bath and body products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on bath bombs, gift sets, or personal care items once they have been shipped.
This is for safety and hygiene reasons.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at:

Please include:
Your order number
Clear photos of the damaged item
Clear photos of the shipping box and packaging
We will review the issue and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Missing or Incorrect Items
If you received the wrong item or something is missing from your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at:

Please include your order number and a photo of what you received so we can help fix the issue.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only if they have not been processed or shipped yet.
To request a cancellation, email us as soon as possible at:

Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.
If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with the shipping carrier first. We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Float & Fizz Bath Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued back to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Handmade Product Note
Our bath bombs are handmade in small batches, so slight variations in color, scent, swirl pattern, or shape may occur. Small cosmetic imperfections do not qualify as damage and do not affect how the bath bomb performs.
